"Super convenient. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for a cut. They seem to staff based on demand and there's always been enough professionals for the number of clients expected. The staff are pleasant and engaging. Seriously, everyone has been in a good mood every time I've gone. I like that there's tv to watch. I LOVE the MVP. Before Sportsclips, I would always refuse the wash/shampoo after a cut. It was always rough, quick, uncomfortable, and I felt the extra cost wasn't worth it. But, I've been to Sportsclips for my last three cuts, and I've gotten the MVP wash/shampoo each time. It's relaxing, enjoyable, soothing and a great experience. I feel like I get the cut I want, and get taken care of. This time I joked that I would come in even if I didn't need a cut just to get in the chair, get a warm towel on my face, get shampoo'd with a gentle scalp massage and close my eyes and relax. Turns out, that's actually something I can do. So I'm going to do just that. Thanks!"
